

Mr. Browning practices primarily in the areas of commercial, business, and class action litigation and general motor carrier transportation law, including cargo loss and damage claims.

Robert L. Browning is a partner in the firm whose business and commercial litigation practice encompasses a variety of topics, many of which are common to most business endeavors and others of which are specific to the motor carrier industry. He has led the defense of numerous class action cases and is lead counsel in representing the firm's clients at trial in business and commercial disputes. Mr. Browning has been awarded the highest peer review AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell. He teaches the Indianapolis Bar Association's bar review course for applicants preparing to sit for the Indiana Bar exam, delivers speeches on transportation topics in Indiana and nationally, and has published articles on transportation issues.

Mr. Browning graduated from Purdue University (B.S.) and Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis (J.D.).

Admitted to the Arizona bar in 1988 and the Indiana bar in 1990, Mr. Browning is licensed to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits and all Arizona and Indiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Arizona, Indiana State, and Indianapolis Bar Associations as well as the TLA and the Transportation Loss Prevention and Security Association.
