

Ms. Cash focuses on trial court litigation, including insurance defense, highway accident litigation and insurance coverage, as well as estate and probate matters.

Angela S. Cash is a partner whose practice serves clients both within and outside the transportation industry. She regularly represents insurers and motor carriers in defense of highway accident claims and coverage matters and also litigates commercial and business disputes. Ms. Cash has spoken before numerous transportation industry groups on litigation topics such as spoliation of evidence and discovery of electronically stored information. In addition, she counsels clients on estate planning and probate matters and litigates probate disputes.

Ms. Cash graduated from Butler University (B.S., cum laude) and the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis (J.D., summa cum laude) where she was a Forrest Jump Scholar and a Note Development Editor for the Indiana Law Review.

Licensed to practice in 1995, Ms. Cash is admitted to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts. She is a member of the American, Indiana State, and Indianapolis Bar Associations.
