

Mr. Toole focuses on insurance program development, alternative risk programs, and employee benefit analysis. Mr. Toole also assists the firm’s motor carrier clients in securing self-insurance authority at both the federal and state level.

Jeffrey S. Toole is a partner who primarily practices in the areas of transportation insurance law and contract analysis, regularly reviewing and negotiating insurance contracts on behalf of the firm’s clientele. Mr. Toole has established and provides ongoing counsel to many captive insurance arrangements and regularly assists clients with collateral analysis, earned and unearned premium analysis, and related tax issues. His practice also includes employment benefit analysis, litigation, and probate administration. A former intern to the Honorable Randall T. Shepard of the Indiana Supreme Court, Mr. Toole often speaks on issues of insurance program design and administration and has authored several articles related to transportation insurance issues.

Mr. Toole graduated from Indiana University (B.S.) and the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis (J.D., summa cum laude) where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Law Review.

Admitted to the Indiana bar in 1997, Mr. Toole is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar.
