

Mr. Robinson concentrates his practice in the area of labor and employment law with an emphasis on employment discrimination litigation and wage and hour compliance.

David D. Robinson focuses his practice on the representation of employers in discrimination and wage and hour compliance. A partner with the firm, Mr. Robinson also has extensive experience in labor arbitration cases, employment contract negotiations, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, severance negotiations, and day-to-day personnel matters. Most recently he has represented numerous employers in the defense of sexual harassment claims and has assisted employers in the creation of harassment avoidance policies and harassment training programs for employees. Mr. Robinson has written and delivered lectures on numerous subjects in the field of employment law, including Practical Strategies for Transportation Industry Employees, Avoiding Liability in the Workplace, Personnel Law in Indiana, and Dealing with the Problem Employee.

Mr. Robinson graduated from DePauw University (B.A., cum laude) and the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis (J.D., summa cum laude) where he served on the Indiana Law Review.

Licensed in Indiana in 1991, Mr. Robinson is admitted to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations as well as the North American Transportation Employee Relations Association.
