

Mr. Metzger’s law practice focuses on the areas of corporate and real estate law generally, including mergers, acquisitions, contract preparation and review, corporate restructurings, general corporate and business advice, and real estate transactions.

W. Todd Metzger is a partner with extensive experience involving the sale and purchase of a variety of business operations, including transportation and commercial real estate companies. He also has experience with the corporate restructuring of companies in an effort to achieve asset protection and/or sales tax savings. Mr. Metzger drafts and reviews a diverse number of business contracts and counsels clients regarding general corporate and business matters.

Mr. Metzger graduated from Purdue University (B.S., with distinction) and the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis (J.D., magna cum laude). At these
institutions, he was named a Krannert School of Management Outstanding Senior and a Forrest E. Jump Scholar, respectively.

Admitted to the Indiana bar in 1997, Mr. Metzger is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations.
