

Mr. Helmreich’s practice includes civil litigation, corporate collections, freight charge issues, cargo claims, and motor carrier transactions.

Craig J. Helmreich has a diverse practice assisting motor carriers and other transportation service providers in areas ranging from business litigation and bankruptcy to corporate collections, freight charge issues, and cargo claims (prosecution and defense). He also provides counsel on various transportation contract issues and motor carrier transactions.

Mr. Helmreich graduated from Butler University (B.A. with departmental honors political science and philosophy) and the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis (J.D. cum laude). At these institutions, he earned a departmental scholarship for excellence in philosophy and a law alumni scholarship, respectively.

Admitted to the Indiana bar in 2000, Mr. Helmreich is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations.
