

Mr. Habig focuses on trial court litigation including commercial and business disputes, personal injury, and cargo claims.

Eric K. Habig is involved extensively in state and federal trial court litigation for clients in the motor carrier industry. He also litigates commercial disputes and defends cargo claims on behalf of motor carriers. Mr. Habig has successfully defended both jury and bench trials and regularly represents clients in various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Habig graduated from DePauw University (B.A.) and the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis (J.D.).

Admitted to the Indiana bar in 1999, Mr. Habig is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the Defense Research Institute, and the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations.
