

Mr. Taylor's practice focuses on complex litigation and appeals.

Jay Taylor's complex litigation and appellate practice involves matters specific to the motor carrier industry, as well as a broad range of matters common to most commercial enterprises, including vehicle accident defense work, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes. He also participates in the firm's defense of major transportation companies in various kinds of class actions. Mr. Taylor previously served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Patrick D. Sullivan and the Honorable L. Mark Bailey of the Indiana Court of Appeals.

Mr. Taylor is a graduate of the University of Richmond (B.A.) and the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond (J.D., cum laude), where he was an Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review and a member of the McNeill Law Society.

Admitted to the Indiana bar in 1996, Mr. Taylor is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Seventh and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S District Court for the District of Colorado. .
