Mr. Rubin focuses his practice on workers' compensation defense.
Robert C. Rubin's professional experience includes five years as Staff Counsel for the Chicago Transit Authority (1984-89), three years as a litigation associate for Seyfarth, Shaw, Fairweather and Geraldson (1989-91), and nine years as Senior Trial and Supervising Attorney for Casualty Insurance Company/Fremont General. He is also a Certified Arbitrator for the Cook and Lake County Mandatory Arbitration Programs.
Mr. Rubin graduated from Drake University (B.A.) and Tulane University (J.D.).
Admitted to the Illinois bar in 1983, Mr. Rubin is licensed to practice before all Illinois state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is the past Chairman of the Chicago Bar Association Industrial Commission Section.
