Mr. Devitt practices primarily in the areas of transportation defense law and corporate and business transactions.
Donald W. Devitt has defended major highway accident cases including death, dismemberment, and other serious injury matters, in Cook County and other venues for over 20 years. As business counsel, he has experience in multi-million dollar corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Devitt graduated from Loyola University (B.A. and J.D.) in Chicago.
Admitted to the Illinois bar in 1984, Mr. Devitt is licensed to practice before all state courts in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (including trial bar). He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
