James D. Ellman focuses his practice on trial court litigation involving truck accidents and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Ellman has extensive trial experience involving over 40 personal injury trials. He has also been an arbitrator with the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Mr. Ellman graduated from the University of Iowa (B.A.) and the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law (J.D.).
Admitted to the Illinois bar in 1991, Mr. Ellman is licensed to practice before all Illinois state and federal courts. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
