

Mr. McNatt focuses on international transportation and customs issues. He advises domestic and international transportation companies and customs brokers on the full range of business issues from regulatory matters and contracts to cargo liability concerns. Mr. McNatt is also often involved in litigation, including commercial transactions, cargo claims disputes, personal injury and insurance coverage.

Christopher C. McNatt, Jr. represents logistics companies, international freight forwarders, and customs brokers in a variety of issues including operational and regulatory compliance, contract review and formation, insurance, cargo liability, collections and litigation. His areas of practice include litigation, contracts and general transportation issues.

Mr. McNatt graduated from University of California, San Diego (B.A.) and the University of Denver College of Law (J.D.).

Admitted to the California Bar in 1994 and the Colorado Bar in 1999, Mr. McNatt is licensed to practice before all California and Colorado state courts, the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern, District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association.
