Mr. Spolyar's practice is devoted to serving clients with labor and employment, employee benefits, workers' compensation, and civil litigation matters.
James T. Spolyar was a managing editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal and the Magister of the Foster Inn chapter of Phi Delta Phi while in law school. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Spolyar served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an officer and pilot.
Mr. Spolyar graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy (B.S., with Merit), and the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington (J.D.).
Admitted to the Indiana bar in 2006, Mr. Spolyar is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
