Mr. Butcher practices in the civil litigation and labor and employment arena with a concentration in matters relating to the transportation industry.
Andrew J. Butcher was the Editor-in-Chief of the Energy Bar Association's Energy Law Journal and a recipient of the ALI-ABA Scholarship & Leadership Award given to the graduating law student who best exemplifies academic success and leadership. His student note regarding the proposed nuclear storage facility at Yucca Mountain was published in the Energy Law Journal in 2007.
Mr. Butcher graduated from the University of Minnesota (B.A.) and the University of Tulsa (J.D. with honors) where he received an academic scholarship.
Admitted to the Indiana bar in 2007, Mr. Butcher is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
