

Mr. Damm focuses on labor, employment and litigation and has devoted most of his career to the representation of transportation clients across the country.

Fritz Damm has many years experience representing clients in the transportation industry. He has represented clients on a wide variety of issues including all facets of employment and labor relations, mergers and acquisitions, collections, freight claims, workers' compensation, and OSHA claims. Mr. Damm is a past President of the Transportation Lawyers Association and current Chair of Recruitment and Member Services, past Chairman and current Director of the North American Transportation Relations Association. Also active in the American Trucking Associations, he is a member of the Defense Research Institute's Trucking Committee, the Canadian Transport Lawyers' Association, the Conference of Freight Counsel, the Transportation Loss, Prevention & Security Association, the Michigan Trucking Association, and the Ontario Trucking Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Transportation Club of Detroit. He is also an advisor to TranslinkeD of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Damm graduated from University of Michigan (B.A.) and Wayne State University (J.D.).

Admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1968, Mr. Damm is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Ninth Circuits and all Michigan state and federal courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Eastern District of Michigan Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
