

Ms. Lidke serves as the firm’s principal appellate counsel and advisor on complex litigation.

Lynne D. Lidke is a managing partner with experience in a diverse number of arenas that affect motor carriers and non-motor carries alike. A former judicial clerk to the Chief Judge of the Indiana Court of Appeals, her areas of practice include complex appellate and trial court litigation involving insurance coverage questions, highway accident defense, employment-related issues, personal injury claims, and state tax disputes. She also advises motor carriers on compliance with reporting requirements under the International Fuel Tax Agreement and the International Registration Plan and is the editor of the Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary quarterly newsletter, The Transportation Brief.

Ms. Lidke graduated from Purdue University (B.A.) and the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis (J.D. cum laude) where she served on the Board of Editors of the Indiana Law Review.

Admitted to the Indiana bar in 1982, Ms. Lidke is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts; the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Eleventh and the District of Columbia Circuits; and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
