

Mr. Farrell devotes a substantial portion of his practice to the defense of motor carriers and drivers in personal injury and property lawsuits. In addition, he is a certified civil mediator and evaluates and litigates insurance coverage questions.

Thomas E. Farrell is a partner of the firm and practices law primarily in the area of highway accident litigation, with a particular focus on the defense of catastrophic injury cases. He is a frequent speaker at transportation litigation seminars and has lectured on such topics as “On Board Recording Devices in Trucking Litigation”, “Cross Examining Plaintiff’s Life Care Expert”, and “Defending Brain Injury Claims”.

Mr. Farrell graduated from Indiana University (B.A.) and the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington (J.D.).

Admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1986, Mr. Farrell is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations and is active in the Torts and Insurance Practice Section of the ABA, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the Defense Research Institute, and the Trucker’s Industry Defense Association (TIDA).
