John W. Greene
Mr. Greene focuses on litigation and regulatory matters affecting transportation companies. These matters include litigation relating to personal injury and wrongful death, cargo claims, and commercial transactions. He also practices before state and federal regulatory agencies in areas relating to motor carrier compliance.
John W. Greene is managing partner of the Dallas/Fort Worth office. He serves as General Counsel for the Texas Trucking Association and serves on the Advisory Executive Committee of that association. He is also a Trustee of the Texas Trucking Association Foundation. Mr. Greene is a member of the Oklahoma Trucking Association and Arkansas Trucking Association as well as numerous industry associations. He frequently speaks before transportation industry groups. Mr. Greene is Board certified in both Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
