Karen Butler Reisinger
Ms. Reisinger's practice is primarily devoted to Litigation Project Management in the Class Action Defense and Complex Litigation Practice and defending clients in State and Federal Courts in Labor and Employment, FLSA Collective Actions, Intellectual Property Litigation; and General Commercial Litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Reisinger served as a career law clerk to the Honorable Larry J. McKinney from 1999-2009, and 2012-2017. Ms. Reisinger has extensive experience in managing complex cases, including multi-district litigation and class actions and drafted opinions in complex matters ranging from patent infringement and employment discrimination, to FLSA collective actions, and multi-layer insurance coverage disputes. From 2009 to 2012, Ms. Reisinger was in private practice where she litigated in Federal Courts across the country as national counsel for a large corporation.
