Todd Metzger is a partner with extensive experience involving the sale and purchase of a variety of transportation related business operations, including motor carriers, property brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, equipment dealerships and equipment leasing companies. He also has experience with the corporate restructuring of companies in an effort to achieve asset protection and/or sales tax savings.
